お世話になっております。

任天堂製品のブランド申請の件で、一度[e-mail]に卸業者の請求書を添付したメールを送り、残念ながら審査が通らなかったのですが、
任天堂ブランドを取り扱っている他の卸業者とのお取引もありますので、
[e-mail]に再度、他の卸業者の請求書を添付したメールを２回ほど送っているのですが返事がありません。
どうすればよろしいでしょうか？

Regarding Nintendo product brand applying, once we mailed with attached estimate to [e-mail], unfortunately, it did not pass the screening.
As there is dealing with other whole sellers handling Nintendo brand,
we are sending other whole seller's estimate attached two mails to [e-mail] again, there is no reply.
What can we do?
