この度はレコードの事故破損による迅速なる払い戻しをしていただき誠にありがとうございました。
ついては破損したレコードですが、そちらに送り返したほうが良いでしょうか？ただ今回の取引に仲介の代行輸出の業者をはさんでいるために送り返す場合は¥2.250-かかってしまいます。業者には現在、返答を待たせているのですが、いかがいたしましょうか？
必要なければ、そちらで破棄するのでお金はかからないそうです。
ご検討のほどお願いいたします。

However for this dealing, having asked the proxy agent, therefore it will cost ¥2.250- when returning to you. For the agent, I am making waited for the answer but what shall I do?
They say they dispose by themselves therefore it doesn't need expense.
