当店は年間1000件以上の取引をしていますが、ＣＤが破損して配達されたのは初めてのケースです

配達事故の再発防止の為、当店はアメリカへお願いし厳重な調査を行っています

再度、調査員が尋ねるか必要書類があなたへ届く予定です

あなたへ依頼したい作業は以下となります
1.破損した2枚のＣＤを、アメリカの調査担当者へ提示してください
2.破損して配達されたことを証明する書類に記入し、担当者へ提出してください
3.記入後の破損報告書の写真を撮影し、当店へ送ってください

以上の3作業をお願い致します

We are annually marketing more than 1000 times, but it is our first time that a damaged CD is delivered.

We are doing a close inspection to America so this wouldn't be recurred.

An investigator is supposed to go ask you about it or some kind of document will be sent to you later again.
