配達事故の再発防止の為、当店はアメリカへお願いし厳重な調査を行っています

再度、調査員が尋ねるか必要書類があなたへ届く予定です

あなたへ依頼したい作業は以下となります
1.破損した2枚のＣＤを、アメリカの調査担当者へ提示してください
2.破損して配達されたことを証明する書類に記入し、担当者へ提出してください
3.記入後の破損報告書の写真を撮影し、当店へ送ってください

Our store has done more than 1000 transactions in one year but this is the first case where a damaged CD was delivered.
In order to prevent delivery accidents from happening our store has asked the US to conduct a discreet investigation.
We will be sending you necessary documents where the investigator might be asking you questions again.

The following are the things we ask you to do.
1. Please present the 2 damaged CDs to the American investigator.
2. Please answer the documents about the damaged and delivered CDs and submit them to the investigator.
3. After answering the documents, take a picture of the damage report and send it to our store.
