何度かお見かけしていましたが一緒に仕事をするのは初めてなので、お会い出来てうれしいです。
この表はあくまで仮版であり、予測値の前提で取り扱って下さい。まだ部門長の承認を一切経ていません。
この値が正式版として扱われると非常に困ります。
また我々は5月のAに向け対応を行わなければならなかったため、Bに取り組むことが出来ませんでした。
頂いたデータを基に明日から計算を始めたとして、あと1週間は猶予を頂きたいです。不明点は随時確認させて下さい。
Bとの比較で変化点を大まかに説明頂けますか？

This table is absolutely temporary version, so please deal with it as an expectancy.We have not been approved by supervisor.
We will be in trouble if you deal with it as an official version.
Also we couldn't tackle with B because we had to conduct A in May.
We would like to be given a week of extension schedule, if we start calculating from tomorrow based on youe data. Please let us check the question any time.
