何度かお見かけしていましたが一緒に仕事をするのは初めてなので、お会い出来てうれしいです。
この表はあくまで仮版であり、予測値の前提で取り扱って下さい。まだ部門長の承認を一切経ていません。
この値が正式版として扱われると非常に困ります。
また我々は5月のAに向け対応を行わなければならなかったため、Bに取り組むことが出来ませんでした。
頂いたデータを基に明日から計算を始めたとして、あと1週間は猶予を頂きたいです。不明点は随時確認させて下さい。
Bとの比較で変化点を大まかに説明頂けますか？

I have seen you before several time. But as it is the first time for us to work together, I am glad to see you.　This chart is temporary version, and therefore please handle it as prediction. It has not been authorized by manager of the department yet.　If you handle this value as an official version, it is a big problem for me.　As we had to work on A in May, we could not work on B. Even if we start calculation from tomorrow based on the data you had given to us, we need at least one week as grace period. If we find a question, let us check it at each time.
Would you explain a change in comparison with B roughly?
