お目にかかるのがはじめての人も多いかと思います。新しくA氏がこのチームのリーダーとなってから2ヶ月間、ほぼA氏と毎日1on1を行ってきました。その間、xxやyyやzzなどのトラブルがあり、それらへ献身的な対応をしていただき皆さんに感謝しています。皆さんはそれらの足元のトラブルの対応に追われ、なかなか長期的な施策に取り組むことができず、歯がゆい思いをしているのではと思います。
皆さんのもがきに象徴されるように、今グループは大きな岐路に立たされていると思います。
