何度も読み返し、お陰で大分心が軽くなりました。

最近強く思うのが、英語が完璧に出来たらなぁ、という事です。
海外のSNSを見ていると楽しそうに話していて羨ましいです。
どうすれば英語ができるようになるのでしょう。
日本語は日本でしか通じませんが、英語が出来れば世界中の人と自在に本音で話が出来ると思うのです。
フィリピンやセルビアの人は、英語は第二外国語のはずなのに、大変流暢に話しておられます。一体、あれはどうやって身につけたのでしょう。

Wondering how I can speak English ?
In Japan, Japanese is a single language therefore if I can manage in English I can talk with everyone with my words from the true intension.
For Philippine or Servian, English isn't their mother tongue but they speak fluently.
How were they learnt on earth?
