理由はお客様が急ぎで契約をする必要があります
大半の場合は申請から1営業日でご対応いただいおりますが、こちらお客様都合なのですが、契約署名者の方が今日しか署名に対応ができないためで、大変恐れ入りますがご検討いただけますと幸いです。

Regarding to "C" which B sent for you yesterday, 15:58, is it difficult for you to issue it within today?
The reason is our customer has to make a contract for it soonest.
In most cases, we'll ask our customer to wait for 1 working day from application date, and although it's the reason of customer side, but their contract signer can sign only today, so we appreciate your kind consideration about it.
