返信が大幅に遅れ申し訳ありません。私はお客様にいち早く商品をお届けする為輸送代行業者を利用していましたが、今回業者の手違いで日本へ荷物が返送されている可能性があることが分かりました。返送商品の回収には時間を要するため、同一品の再送か全額返金どちらかで対応させて頂けますか。またAについて私から概要を説明しましたが、Aの詳細はBから説明して頂けますか？また輸送時、車両走行中歩行者が急に飛び出してきたため急停止しました。後続車が追突する恐れがあった為です。Cの破損はそれに起因します

I asked one of the carriers to deliver the product to the customer as early as possible, however, we could find a probability of sending back the package to Japan because of the carrier's mistake.
Since it takes a long time to get it back, could we re-send the exact same products to you or reimburse the whole expense?

During its transportation, the truck needed a sudden stop because of the appearing pedestrian in front of the truck suddenly and needed to avoid rear-end collision by a following vehicle. Breakage of C is caused by this incident.
