貴社が求める条件は全く問題ないのですが、弊社は日本の個人事業主ですので（来年度から法人になる予定です）、VAT番号はありません。
後、trade certificateは日本のindividual numberの提出で宜しいでしょうか？
もしそれ以外に必要な書類がありましたら、教えてください。

A „normal“ distributorとしての契約を望んでいます。

Thanks for returning my email. I would love to conclude an agreement as your distribution agent.
I am totally fine with your conditions, but I do not VAT number since I am a private business owner of Japan (which will be incorporated from next FY).
Also, is it okay to submit the Japanese individual number for the trade certificate?
Please kindly advise should there be any other documents needed.

The type of agreement I would like to conclude is A "normal" distributor.
