返信ありがとうございます。是非とも貴社の販売代理店として契約させてください。

貴社が求める条件は全く問題ないのですが、弊社は日本の個人事業主ですので（来年度から法人になる予定です）、VAT番号はありません。
後、trade certificateは日本のindividual numberの提出で宜しいでしょうか？
もしそれ以外に必要な書類がありましたら、教えてください。

A „normal“ distributorとしての契約を望んでいます。

The condition you request is no problem at all, but we are individual business owner (we are going to be corporate business from next year.) and have no VAT number.
Also, would it be fine to submit the Japanese individual number as trade certificate?
If I have some other necessary documents, please kindly let me know.

I would like to complete the contract as a „normal“ distributor.
