私の推測ですがGでの引継がうまくいっていないだけだと思います。この差額の責任を課す部署は他に適切なものがありませんでした。EをFとすることは昨年議論の上関係者全員合意しています。
また当時の会議に私は同席していませんでしたので又聞きになりますがB氏は合意に少々渋っていたと聞きました
