これらを踏まえて2019年の目標を考えてみます
まずはプライベートを安定させることが最優先です。そのために私にとっては次の3つが重要です
1つ目はストレスを可能な限り取り除くことです。例えば在宅制度を利用して通勤のストレスをなくすことは必須です。
余談になりますが,セルフハグはストレスを取り除くのに有効です。やり方は簡単です。この状態を3秒続けるだけです。
2つ目は運動です。特に筋力をつけることは効果的です。何故なら筋力をつける過程で得られる脳内物質が自信をつけるのに有効だからです。

The main priority is to stabilize my personal life. To do so, I believe the next 3 factors to be important.
First, to reduce stress as much as possible. For example, it is crucial to work from home and reduce the stress of commuting.
On a tangent, self-hugging is a good way to reduce stress. It is easy to do; you just have to do this for 3 seconds.
Second, to exercise. It is especially good to put on some muscle. This is because the chemicals in the brain that are released while putting on muscle help with building confidence.
