内容を下記の通り纏めますので、齟齬がありましたら指摘下さい。

・POを分割することはエンドユーザーの承認をすでに進めているので難しい
・AとBを分割してもいいか、確認いただける。
※但し、設計変更があった際に、bondを再発行しなければならないので、
　非常に面倒ではないか？

貴社の意見を受けて、下記の案を考えました。

・Bondは1つにしますが、保証期間はそれぞれのdelivery dateから開始するという
　文言をPOの中に入れていたただけないでしょうか？

※However, as we have to reissue the bond when design is changed, will it be very troublesome?

I thought about the following idea based on the opinion of your company.

The bond is only one. But would you include a sentence that guarantee period starts from their own delivery date?
