Thank you for your thorough reply. I have used the replacement stylus of the same model number, so I don't think there is a problem with the cartridge compatibility. The left one in the attached picture is the one I used to use, and the one on the right is what I purchased from you. I will return the item, so please replace it. Is the return address the same as the one on the packing slip? I need the recipient's name so please advise the name of the person in charge.
