弊社の取り扱いのネジの規格は500です。他のネジは扱っていないので
動作確認は弊社のネジでしか出来ません。
規格が同じでもネジが使えないことが今までありますか？

御社の言う様に製品不良ではなく、弊社のネジに合わないとして、
単体でパーツだけを販売しても、顧客はどのネジと組合わせて使うのか分からないので
もしまた動作しない場合、不良品として返される可能性は高いです。
顧客は規格が同じなのに動かないのは不良品だと言うでしょう

3本販売してしまったのでネジは87本、充電器は47個あると思います。

We can do operation check with only our screws since we don't handle other screws.
Have you ever happened not able to use the screws even if it's same standard?

As your company say, on the assumption that it's not a product deficiency and our company's screw doesn't fit, the possibility of being returned as a defective item is high, if it doesn't work again.
Because if we sell the part separately, the clients don't know which screw they need to use in combination. They will claim it as a defective item, if it doesn't work even if the standard is same.

I think the 87 screws and 47 chargers are left as we sold three of them already.
