弊社の取り扱いのネジの規格は500です。他のネジは扱っていないので
動作確認は弊社のネジでしか出来ません。
規格が同じでもネジが使えないことが今までありますか？

御社の言う様に製品不良ではなく、弊社のネジに合わないとして、
単体でパーツだけを販売しても、顧客はどのネジと組合わせて使うのか分からないので
もしまた動作しない場合、不良品として返される可能性は高いです。
顧客は規格が同じなのに動かないのは不良品だと言うでしょう

3本販売してしまったのでネジは87本、充電器は47個あると思います。

The specification of the screw we deal with is 500. Since no other screws are dealt, the validation can be only performed with our screw.
Is there any cases where a screw cannot be used even though it is under the same specification?

Like you described, even though we sell the part as a stand alone for not matching with our screw, we do not know with which screw the customer is going to combine and use, so there is a highly possibility that they will return the part as defected in the case of malfunction.
The customer would probably say the part is a defect because it does not work despite the same specification.

Since we have sold three of them, I believe there are 87 screws and 47 battery chargers.
