記入したのは以下の送付先住所で間違いない？

追跡番号が無いと税関や郵便局にとどまっている荷物の再配達の依頼や受け取りができないようです
郵便局員が言うには再配達の依頼や受け取りが無い保留中の荷物は2週間でチェコへ返送されてしまうので既に返送されてしまった可能性が高いとの事です
しかし追跡番号が無いためまだ日本にあるのかチェコへ返送されてしまったのか調べることができません

船便を利用した可能性はありますか？
船便は2か月以上かかるのでまだ届く可能性が残されているかもしれない。

Isn't there any problem on the mailing address for the following ?
in the absence of tracking number it is hard to request for redelivery or receive of the item held at the post office or custom office .
The clerk at the post office says there might be possibility to return to Czech because it was unable to deliver or other requests for redelivery longer than two weeks time.
However, we are never able to check the status for not having a tracking number at this time.
Is there any possibility to use surface mail?
At least it takes two month time and more, probably it might be possible to be delivered .
