記入したのは以下の送付先住所で間違いない？

追跡番号が無いと税関や郵便局にとどまっている荷物の再配達の依頼や受け取りができないようです
郵便局員が言うには再配達の依頼や受け取りが無い保留中の荷物は2週間でチェコへ返送されてしまうので既に返送されてしまった可能性が高いとの事です
しかし追跡番号が無いためまだ日本にあるのかチェコへ返送されてしまったのか調べることができません

船便を利用した可能性はありますか？
船便は2か月以上かかるのでまだ届く可能性が残されているかもしれない。

Is there any possibilty that the surface mail was used?
It takes more than 2 months for a surface mail so there might be a possibility of receiving it.
