ebayで購入後、商品の状態についてセラーに確認をしたところ、
商品ページに記載しているものと違いました。

コンディション欄には一度も開封していないと記載されていますが、
実際はシュリンクが取り外されていると回答あり。

セラーに返金を依頼したところ、
了承していただけましたが、
商品を取り戻すのに苦労していると回答あり。

追跡番号の提供をお願いしましたが、
10日以上経過しても返事がない状況です。

こちらに商品は到着していません。

全額返金をお願いします。

I confirmed with the seller about the condition of the item after I purchased it on eBay. Then it turned out the actual condition of the item was different from the description on the item page.

There is a descripton in the condition column that it has never been opened, but the seller told me that the shrinl package was removed.

So, I asked the seller to issue a refund and the seller accepted my request, but also the seller told me that he was struggling to get the item back.

I asked the seller to provide the tracking number, but I have not heard from the seller for more than ten days.

The item has not been delicered to me.

I would like you to issue a full refund right away.
