ebayで購入後、商品の状態についてセラーに確認をしたところ、
商品ページに記載しているものと違いました。

コンディション欄には一度も開封していないと記載されていますが、
実際はシュリンクが取り外されていると回答あり。

セラーに返金を依頼したところ、
了承していただけましたが、
商品を取り戻すのに苦労していると回答あり。

追跡番号の提供をお願いしましたが、
10日以上経過しても返事がない状況です。

こちらに商品は到着していません。

全額返金をお願いします。

After purchased on eBay, I confirmed with the seller regarding the item's condition. It turned out to be different from the item listed on the product page.

In the condition section, described was the item being never opened.
However, I received the response that the shrink package was removed in fact.

I requested the seller to repay me, he agreed.
However, he expressed he is having a hard time to retrieve the item.

I requested for providing the tracking number, but I hear no news after over 10 days.

The item has not arrived here yet either.

Please issue me a full refund.
