Ship request ID ○○ の荷物がまだ出荷されません。要求された請求書は全てメールで送ってあります。なぜ発送をしていただけないのですか？理由を教えていただけますでしょうか。
もう１つ質問があります。Ship request ID △△ についても、何件か追加で請求書を送るようメールで指示がありました。ほとんどのMerchantはAmazonとなっています。今後はMerchantがAmazonの場合、事前に請求書を送付しておいたほうが出荷までの作業が早いでしょうか？
My order with shipping request ID OO has not been shipped as of yet. I have emailed the entire invoices as per request. May I know the reason of withholding the shipping? I would like you to explain to me why.
