1) 商品が未だに届いていないのですが、追跡を見ると日本に行かずにニュージーランドのオークランドに行っちゃってるみたいなんですが、どういう事か調べていただけないでしょうか？？はたして本当に日本の私のアドレスに届くのかもひっくるめて、調べていただきたいです。
