1) 商品が未だに届いていないのですが、追跡を見ると日本に行かずにニュージーランドのオークランドに行っちゃってるみたいなんですが、どういう事か調べていただけないでしょうか？？はたして本当に日本の私のアドレスに届くのかもひっくるめて、調べていただきたいです。

2) 追跡番号をまだ教えて頂いていないのですが、教えていただけるよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

1) Though the item hasn’t arrived yet, it may be delivered to Auckland in New Zealand but not to Japan when I saw the tracking record. Could you please research the cause? I would like you to research also weather it will be delivered to my address in Japan or not.

2) I haven’t heard the tracking number yet. Could you please tell me about it?
