1) 商品が未だに届いていないのですが、追跡を見ると日本に行かずにニュージーランドのオークランドに行っちゃってるみたいなんですが、どういう事か調べていただけないでしょうか？？ はたして本当に日本の私のアドレスに届くのかもひっくるめて、調べていただきたいです。

2) 追跡番号をまだ教えて頂いていないのですが、教えていただけるよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

1) I have not received the item even now. According to the track record, it seems that the item was not sent out to Japan but to Auckland in New Zealand. Can you please investigate what it means? I would like you to investigate all of the status, including whether it would be sent to my address in Japan.
