口座のUSDは、Eから入金したUSDと誤ってXRPで入金したUSDですがどのように出金すれば良いですか？
口座のUSDをXRPに換金して出金する事を試みていますが、口座からXRPでの出金ができません。
Eは日本へのサービスを停止していますので、Eからの出金もできないはずです。

可能であれば、私が判断する時期にUSDをXRPに換金して口座から出金したいです。
出金方法についての詳細を返答して頂くようお願いします。

Regarding the account for USD, I had deposited for an account for USD from E and wrongly deposited account for USD from XRP , but how can I payout?
I am trying to pay out as I convert from accounted USD to XRP but I couldn't make it.
E has stopped the service to Japan, it can't payout via E.
If possible, I would like to pay out USD converted to XRP on my decided timing.
Please tell me the details regarding the way of payout.
