私は貴方が作成した新しい契約書を確認しました。
まず私たちの希望はイングリッシュチームは８：２０～１６：２０の時間帯は職場にいて欲しいです。
何故なら学生の受け入れと（全体・個別の）ミーティングがあるからです。
またフィリピン人教師は７：５０～１６：００、欧米人教師は８：００～１６：３０となっていますが間違いないでしょうか。
その場合、フィリピン人教師よりも欧米人教師の勤務時間の方が長くなります。
勤務時間の変更については彼らによく説明する必要があるかと思います。

I checked a new contract you had drawn up.
First, our request is that we want an English team in the work place between 8:20 and 16:20.
The reason is that we accept the students and whole & individual meetings.
The teacher of the Philippines is from 7:50 to 16:00, and European & American teacher is from 8:00 to 16:30.
Is it correct?
In this case, the latter teacher works longer that former teacher.
We have to explain change of the working hour to them well.
