まず私たちの希望はイングリッシュチームは８：２０～１６：２０の時間帯は職場にいて欲しいです。
何故なら学生の受け入れと（全体・個別の）ミーティングがあるからです。
またフィリピン人教師は７：５０～１６：００、欧米人教師は８：００～１６：３０となっていますが間違いないでしょうか。
その場合、フィリピン人教師よりも欧米人教師の勤務時間の方が長くなります。
勤務時間の変更については彼らによく説明する必要があるかと思います。

That's why there's a meeting for both individually or personally for accepting students.
Am I sure that
Philippines teachers are at 07.50 to 16.00 and other westerners teachers are at 8.00 to 16.30?
In this case, their working hours are different and westerners teacher assign longer hour than that of Philippines.
We will have to explain them seriously regarding the matter in advance.
