到着した商品には、明らかな不具合がありました

・ケースが亀裂程度ではなく非常に大きく破損しています。しかも、上蓋は割れていないのにも関わらず不自然です。

・機関車のバッファ部品が１つ足りません。

・車体の形に合わせ成型された車両本体を保持する内側の薄いプラスチックの素材が、両端とも完全に破損しています。


画像には機関車しか映っておらず、ケースの状態はわかりません。
また、バッファが全部揃っているかどうかも判別できない画像です。

商品の状態を新品と記載していることは、明らかに間違っています

The delivered product had an obvious defect.

- The case is broken significantly; it's not just a crack level. Moreover, it's weird that the upper lid is not cracked.

- One of the buffer parts for the locomotive is missing.

- The think plastic material mold to fit the body of the train and installed inside to hold the main body together is broken on the both side completely.

The photo shows only the locomotive and the condition of the case cannot be seen.
It also does not show that all the buffer parts are included.

It's clearly wrong that the product is listed as new.
