到着した商品には、明らかな不具合がありました

・ケースが亀裂程度ではなく非常に大きく破損しています。しかも、上蓋は割れていないのにも関わらず不自然です。

・機関車のバッファ部品が１つ足りません。

・車体の形に合わせ成型された車両本体を保持する内側の薄いプラスチックの素材が、両端とも完全に破損しています。


画像には機関車しか映っておらず、ケースの状態はわかりません。
また、バッファが全部揃っているかどうかも判別できない画像です。

商品の状態を新品と記載していることは、明らかに間違っています

The products that have arrived, had clearly problems:

・The case has a very severe damage, It is not a normal crack. The upper lid looks wird although it is not crushed.
・A locomotive buffer is missing.
・The thin plastic material, that are made to fit the shape of carriages and support them, are broken totally on the both ends.

In the pictures one can find only carriages but no condition of the cases.
Moreover, one cannot check whether all the buffers delivered from the pictures.

It is definetely wrong and inaccurate to describe the condition "new".
