到着した商品には、明らかな不具合がありました

・ケースが亀裂程度ではなく非常に大きく破損しています。しかも、上蓋は割れていないのにも関わらず不自然です。

・機関車のバッファ部品が１つ足りません。

・車体の形に合わせ成型された車両本体を保持する内側の薄いプラスチックの素材が、両端とも完全に破損しています。


画像には機関車しか映っておらず、ケースの状態はわかりません。
また、バッファが全部揃っているかどうかも判別できない画像です。

商品の状態を新品と記載していることは、明らかに間違っています

The products delivered had clearly defects.

・The cases had not a crack but a big damages. Moreover, although the upper lids are not broken, and it is unnatural.

・There is one part of the locomotive missing.

・The thin plastic material inside to hold the vehicle made to fix the vehicle form are both completely broken.

There was only the locomotive in the image, we cannot tell how is the case.
Also, it is an image that cannot tell if the buffer is all remained.

It is clearly wrong to be written that product condition is brand new.
