After checking, the money will reach in 3 - 4 days.

Also, I think there is no special documents no more than normal invoice regarding the import procedure.
In case of airplane, the logistics company in Japan will do the necessary processing for importing and the tax will be gathered there same as before.

However, pleaese check to the logistics company in your company just in case.
I guess there is no problem because they are not the items which customs try to stop.
