せっかく楽しみにお待ちいただいていましたのに、当方の商品管理の不行き届きでがっかりさせてしまう事となってしまい、申し訳ありません。

(引き続き探しますが、15年前のものの為、必ず見つけるとのお約束はできません)

It just breaks my heart since I know you have been looking forward for my item and from bottoms of my heart I apologise that I disappointed you in order to my item management that has been so messed up.
So I would be glad if you could tell me what you would like.
1. Since it’s not “container type figure” you would not like it anymore (you will not buy it)
(I will continue searching for it but as it’s 15 years old I’m afraid but I cannot promise that I can find it for sure)
2. You would like to buy the “normal figure” that I currently have
(I will discount it to 95 dollars showing my apology)
