間違ってケースをオープンしたので、ケースをクローズしたいです。
＄570で購入いただいた後、値引きを交渉され、結局＄520でお譲りすることになりました。
キャンセルオーダーをし、そのあと＄520でrelistするつもりが、処理を誤ってオープンケースをしてrelistしてしまったのです。
relistした商品は＄520で購入され、お支払いいただきました。
なので＄570のお支払いはいただけませんし、私が手動で支払済にマークすれば、＄57の手数料は戻りません。オープンケース消せませんか？

I opened the case by mistake so would like to close it.
After purchased the item by 570 USD, I was asked for discount and sold it by 520 USD after all.
I had intended to cancel the order and relist it by 520 USD, but opened the case and relist it by misconducting.
The relisted item was purchased by 520 USD and I was paid.
So, I will not ask for the payment of 570 USD. If I marked it as payment done by manual, 57 USD of the commission fee will not be returned.
Can you delete the open case?
