間違ってケースをオープンしたので、ケースをクローズしたいです。
＄570で購入いただいた後、値引きを交渉され、結局＄520でお譲りすることになりました。
キャンセルオーダーをし、そのあと＄520でrelistするつもりが、処理を誤ってオープンケースをしてrelistしてしまったのです。
relistした商品は＄520で購入され、お支払いいただきました。
なので＄570のお支払いはいただけませんし、私が手動で支払済にマークすれば、＄57の手数料は戻りません。オープンケース消せませんか？

I opened the case by mistake ,so I hope to close this case.

I buyed this for ＄570,and eventually the price down to ＄520.

I wanted to cancle this order and relist it by ＄520,but the processing was wrong and I open a case and relisted.
The relisting good had been paid by ＄520。
So the ＄570 is not paid yet ,and if I push the payover button manually ,the hand fee of ＄57 will not be back.
So if this wrong case can be canceled or not?
