Additional info: GOTOGATEという旅行代理店経由でエアアジアの往復航空券（日本⇔タイ）を購入しましたが、エアアジアの都合により往路（BM8V9P）がキャンセルになりました。ただ、復路（QMTFYF）はそのまま使用します。キャンセル料金を返金してほしいため下記のメールを送った返信が来ました。この翻訳をお願いいたします。

That is why I carried out the cancelation process for that flight to AirAsia.
Ｉ received a message from AirAsia (contact person in-charge: Mitani) saying that the cancelation fee was already refunded to Gotogate.

We request you to please call the airline directly once again ask your flight status for return whether its good to go or not. If they say its good to go then we can not cancel that one.

Kindly confirm us once so we can take the action accordingly. Please note at this point of time we have not placed any refund request.
