代替えの空のパッケージを送っていただきありがとうございました。
多めに送っていただいたので、次回潰れたパッケージがあったときに使います。
次回の出荷では、プラスチックのパッケージは十分足りてるので、大変お手数ですが、紙のパッケージをいくつかお送りいただけませんでしょうか？
８個ほど、中の紙の部分まで潰れてしまっているのがあり、出荷ができない状態です。

製品は非常に良く売れていますが、本日、お客さんから「アマゾンの写真と色が違う」とクレームがありました。

There are about 8 of them broken to inside paper, and we are in a state of not being able to ship/

Although items are selling well, today we had claims from customers saying "the item is different in color with Amazon's".
