Amazonのサイトで他のセラーが同じ商品を出品しておりましたので、
この商品は知的財産権の侵害には該当しないだろうと安易に考えておりました。

該当商品につきましては既に登録を削除しております。
そしてこのASINのメモをデスクに貼っており、
今後私がAmazonに出品する際には特に注意してチェックします。

また、私は出品時に一括出品ツールを使用しておりますが
今回警告を受けたこの商品については一括出品ツールへのブラックリスト化を行っております。

As I saw another seller who was listing the same product on Amazon, I assumed this wouldn't be applied for the violation of intellectual property rights.
