私はあなたのWEBサイトがリニューアルする前から何回もガラスボトルを購入しています。
毎回ボトルを購入した時は必ずボトルとセットでスクリューキャップが付属してきました。
前回注文時もキャップは付属してきたのですが、その数がボトルに対して約48個足りなかったのです。
ガラスボトルとスクリューキャップはセットで販売しているのではないのですか？
本来なら、その不足分を私が新たに注文するのではなく、そちら側に納品の義務があるはずです。
納得できるご返答を頂くまで、その注文の発送を保留して下さい

I have purchase the glass bottle many times before your website was redesigned.
The screw cap has always been attached to the bottle as a set every time I purchased.
When I ordered in the previous time, the cap was attached. However, 48 caps was lacked to the number of the bottle.
Don't you sell the glass bottle and screw cap as a set?
Basically, I should not order the lacked caps newly, you should deliver them.
Please postpone the shipment of the order until I can get the convincing answer from you.
