私はあなたのWEBサイトがリニューアルする前から何回もガラスボトルを購入しています。
毎回ボトルを購入した時は必ずボトルとセットでスクリューキャップが付属してきました。
前回注文時もキャップは付属してきたのですが、その数がボトルに対して約48個足りなかったのです。
ガラスボトルとスクリューキャップはセットで販売しているのではないのですか？
本来なら、その不足分を私が新たに注文するのではなく、そちら側に納品の義務があるはずです。
納得できるご返答を頂くまで、その注文の発送を保留して下さい

I have purchased glass bottles many times before your website was renewed.
Everytime I purchased bottles, screw caps were always attached as a set with bottles.

When I ordered last time, caps were attached, but the number of caps was about 48 items short to bottles.
Don't you sell glass bottles and screw caps as a set?
