私はあなたのWEBサイトがリニューアルする前から何回もガラスボトルを購入しています。
毎回ボトルを購入した時は必ずボトルとセットでスクリューキャップが付属してきました。
前回注文時もキャップは付属してきたのですが、その数がボトルに対して約48個足りなかったのです。
ガラスボトルとスクリューキャップはセットで販売しているのではないのですか？
本来なら、その不足分を私が新たに注文するのではなく、そちら側に納品の義務があるはずです。

I had bought glass bottles many times before your web site renewed. All of them, a screw cap had been attached to a bottle as a set.
At latest order, caps had been attached but lacked 48 for ordered bottles.
Isn’t it that selling as a set of a bottle and a screw cap?
Actually, I know you owe it to me to deliver the shortage not I should make a new order of them.
