メールの中で要請して頂いていたビデオインタビューを是非とも送付したいが、
私は英語が十分に話せず、書面でのインタビューでお願いしたいと考えている。

この場合、例えば質問表を送ってもらう事は可能でしょうか。
或いは、例示頂いた参考記事を元にこちらで制作し、送れば良いでしょうか。
