私なりに滑らかに仕上げる方法を考えてみましたので添付した動画をご確認下さい。

工程１、本体と同じパウダーを湿らせて棒状に伸ばします。
工程２、それをカッターで4㎜ずつ程度にカットします。
工程３、カットした材料を本体の段差部分に継ぎ足します。
工程４、その後、乾燥したパウダーを付けて手で転がします。

全て同じ材料を使って仕上げれば、見た目はとても滑らかになります。
慣れれば1本10秒もかからずに終わります。

この方法で試してみて頂けないでしょうか？
現実的に量産可能かどうかご検討下さい。

I have come up with a way to smoothen in my own way, so please confirm the attached video.

Step 1. Wet the same powder as the main body to stretch it in a bar shape.
Step 2. Cut it in 4mm long each.
Step 3. Fill the cut material in the gap.
Step4. Put the dried powder and roll it manually.

Once it is finished with all the same material, the exterior would look very smooth.
Once you get used to it, it could get done in less than 10 seconds.

Would you please give it a try with this method?
Please check to see if a mass production is realistic or not.
