１．9月はMERIDIANが申告をする。御社もVAT計算だけして頂く、でよろしいですか？

２．御社にVAT申告の代理人をしていただくためには、HMRCに代理人変更の書類を出す必要はありますか？

３．FBAではなく、日本からイギリスのお客様へ直接お届けするオーダーについてはVATは発生しない

４．書籍などの非課税カテゴリの商品にはVATは発生しない

少し話がそれてしまいましたが、よろしくお願いします。

Let me confirm the following things.

1. MERIDIAN will declare for September. Is that fine your company will only be doing VAT calculations?

2. Do I need to submit the documents for the change of an agent to HMRC to make your company be the agents or VAT declaration?

3. VAT is not subject when it’s not FBA but an order that’s directly delivered to UK customers from Japan.

4. VAT is not subject on the items that are tax exempt such as books etc.

I might sound a bit unrelated in this email but I just hope everything will work out with us.
