先程は打合せの時間を下さり有難うございました。
私のカメラが映らなかったり音声が小さかったりで、ご迷惑をおかけしてすみませんでした。
また、早速Ａ社とのWEB会議システム上の会議室の設も有難うございました。

さて、標題について、御社との打合せを13時半開始、90分間に変更してもらえませんでしょうか。ランチ時間を頂きたいのと、通訳同席なので翻訳にかかる時間分として30分多く見込んでおきたく存じます。
ご検討お願いします。

As the subject states, I would like to the meeting with your company to start at 1:30 pm for a period of 90 minutes? I'd like to have a lunch if possible. I also expect 30 minutes more will be taken up by translation via an interpreter.
