先程は打合せの時間を下さり有難うございました。
私のカメラが映らなかったり音声が小さかったりで、ご迷惑をおかけしてすみませんでした。
また、早速Ａ社とのWEB会議システム上の会議室の設も有難うございました。

さて、標題について、御社との打合せを13時半開始、90分間に変更してもらえませんでしょうか。ランチ時間を頂きたいのと、通訳同席なので翻訳にかかる時間分として30分多く見込んでおきたく存じます。
ご検討お願いします。

I appreciate that you considered setting a meeting room on the web meeting system with A soon.

Regarding the title, may I ask you to change start of the meeting with your company to 13:30 and it continues for 90 minutes thereafter? As we want to have time for lunch and have an interpreter with us, we want to have 30 minutes longer.
I appreciate your consideration for it.
