PayPalに問い合わせましたが、請求書の発行が無いdirect paymentはPayPalの購入用アカウントを経由しない支払い方法のため、買い手保護制度の対象外になると言われました。

よって初回の注文には、やはりPayPalを利用した通常の支払いがしたいです。

通常の支払いは貴社にとって不都合なため、合計10％の手数料を商品代金に上乗せして支払います。
この手数料にはPayPalの受取手数料を含みます。

今後の信頼関係を築くために上記の条件で検討していただけませんか？

I had checked with PayPal and was told that there will be no invoice issued for direct payments as it is not done through a PayPal purchasing account. As such, this would be regarded as a transaction which does not qualify for the buyer's protection system.

As such, I would still like to make the first order via the normal payment method using PayPal.

As the normal payment method is not convenient for your company, we will add a 10 percent commission on top of the product's price when making the payment. This will include the commission which PayPal collects.

Can you please review the above conditions which are essential for building a mutually trusting relationship between us?
