上司が本日まで不在でしたので、本件改めて打合せをしました。
その結果、やはり現行の金額ではお受け致しかねるという話になりました。

AについてはすでにUSD〇〇でPOをいただいていますので、
BはUSD〇〇でないと、お受けできません。

もしこのお願いが受け入れられないのであれば、Aのみお受けし、
Bについては辞退をさせていただきたく存じます。

これは私個人の判断ではなく、上司の判断になります。
誠に申し訳ないのですが、金額について再検討をお願い致します。

And we conclude that we cannot accept the offer with the current amount of money which you proposed.

Regarding A, we already received the PO in USD 〇〇, we cannot accept the PO for B unless it is USD 〇〇.

If you cannot accept this request from us, we would like to accept the PO for A only, and to decline the PO for B.

This is not my personal decision, but is my boss' decision.
