〇〇社との取引においては、アメリカの代理店経由で商品を販売したことがあります。
その代理店との売買契約があり、その代理店へ事前に断りを入れる必要があるため、
今回の引合い内容の詳細を教えていただきたく存じます。

アメリカの代理店では細かなフォローが出来ないため、出来る限り貴社経由の販売を望みますが、
代理店との契約書があるので、簡単に商流を変更することが難しい状況です。
契約はその代理店経由からのみ販売するという内容です。

We prefer to sell the item via your company because it would be difficult to have a satisfactory service through the distributor in the US. However, because of the contract, it would rather be difficult to change the way just like that.
The contract states that we only sell via the distributor.
